Terms of Service for Claire by Commerce Systems

Welcome to Claire, an AI sales assistant provided by Commerce Systems. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

   • Restrictions: Users may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from Claire without prior written permission from Commerce Systems.

6. Termination  
Commerce Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to Claire at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Limitation of Liability  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commerce Systems will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Claire.
